Back pressure regulator assemblies are designed to create incremental back pressures ranging from 5 to 1000 psi (0,3 to 69 bar). These biocompatible and stainless steel back pressure regulator assemblies are available complete with a replaceable, factory pre-set cartridge (except the 5 and 20 psi (0,3 to 1,4 bar versions).

The back pressure regulator cartridges are manufactured from PEEK, ETFE, perfluoroelastomer, and gold-plated stainless steel giving it excellent chemical resistance. They will easily operate in any of the standard back pressure regulator holders. These cartridges create back pressures from 40 to 1000 psi (2,8 to 69 bar). The recommended operating flow rate range for these cartridges is 0,1 to 10 ml/min.

The biocompatible, high pressure adjustable back pressure regulator offers flexibility to adjust the system back pressure between 2000 and 5000 psi (138 and 345 bar) completely independent of the flow. It's distinct material delivers excellent chemical resistance and is specifically designed to be inert to most solvents.

Delivery information: The biocompatible back pressure regulator assemblies are supplied with a PEEK holder, polymer-based fittings, biocompatible back pressure regulator cartridges and wrenches for tightening. Stainless steel back pressure regulator assemblies are supplied with the same biocompatible back pressure regulator cartridges with a 316 stainless steel holder and polymer fittings.
