Supplier: Avantor
Description: Avantor® ACE® UltraCore BIO C18 are high performing solid-core (core-shell) particle columns designed for a wide range of biomolecule applications. With both 300 Å and 500 Å pore sizes available, optimum pore size can be chosen. This phase is well suited to the analysis of more hydrophilic proteins over 5 kDa molecular weight.

Supplier: BOCHEM
Description: Cork borers made of hard coated nickel-plated brass.

Supplier: Avantor
Description: Avantor® ACE® UltraCore BIO C4 are high performing solid-core (core-shell) particle columns, designed for a range of biomolecule applications. With both 300 Å and 500 Å pore sizes available, optimum pore size can be chosen. This phase is well suited to the analysis of hydrophobic proteins over 5 kDa molecular weight.

Supplier: Avantor
Description: Avantor® ACE® UltraCore C18 are high performing solid-core (core-shell) particle columns designed for a wide range of LC applications. This densely bonded octadecyl phase can be used to separate acidic, basic and neutral molecules, based on hydrophobic retention mechanisms.

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: PP, untreated, without lid. These plates are ideal for liquid phase assays, sample preparation, compound storage and chemical synthesis as they are non toxic and resistant to most chemicals, solvents and alcohols. White plates for luminescence applications maximise reflection of signal and minimise autoluminescence. Black plates for fluorescence applications reduce background fluorescence and minimise back-scattered light. Coloured plates are ideal for storage applications.

Supplier: VWR Collection
Description: Solid blocks: For use as a low temperature hotplate or for custom drilling.

Supplier: OMEGA BIO-TEK
Description: The E.Z.N.A.® bacterial DNA kit allows the rapid and reliable isolation of high quality total cellular DNA from a wide variety of bacterial species. This kit uses optimised lysis condition and up to 1×10⁹ bacterial cells can be processed for each column. There are no organic extractions, thus reducing plastic waste and hands on time to allow multiple samples to be processed in parallel. Bacterial cells are grown to log-phase and harvested. The cell wall is removed by lysozyme digestion and bead beating, followed by protease digestion. Following lysis, binding conditions are adjusted and the sample is applied to a HiBind DNA spin-column. Two rapid wash steps remove trace salts and protein contaminants, and DNA is finally eluted in water or elution buffer. Purified DNA can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.
Supplier: OMEGA BIO-TEK
Description: E.Z.N.A.® Fastfilter® Plasmid kits rapidly purify plasmid DNA utilising lysate clearance filter syringes, whilst E-Z 96® Fastfilter Plasmid kits employ lysate clearance plates in a 96-well format. Fastfilter® kits allow midi- and maxi-scale plasmid isolation in less than 40 m.
Supplier: Quantabio
Description: PerfeCTa® qPCR ToughMix® is a 2X concentrated ready to use reaction cocktail for PCR amplification of DNA templates that overcomes many known inhibitors of PCR often present in crude samples extracted from environmental specimens, plant tissues or animal tissues. It is a versatile and robust Real-Time qPCR reagent that provides maximum sensitivity and PCR efficiency with a variety of fluorogenic probe chemistries, including TaqMan® hydrolysis probes. PerfeCTa® qPCR ToughMix® contains all required reaction components, except primers, probe(s) and DNA template. The light blue colour of the AccuVue™ tracer dye simplifies reaction assembly in white, or clear plates and helps to minimise pipetting or mixing errors. It does not interfere with qPCR performance or affect the stability of the product.

Supplier: PanReac AppliChem
Description: TRItidy G™ is based on the single step simultaneous isolation of RNA, DNA and proteins from cell and tissue samples (Chomczynski, P. (1993), BioTechniques 15, p.532 - 537). RNA is selectively retained in the aqueous phase during acidic GuSCN/phenol extraction; DNA and proteins are isolated from the organic phase by ethanol and isopropanol precipitation, respectively.
