* All products must be certified and manufactured in accordance with the new standard. As from 30th June 2013, manufacturers are obliged to certify, produce and commercialise all products in accordance with EN ISO 20345:2011. Distributors should purchase only products certified to the 2011 version of the standard; however they are permitted to continue the sale of products certified to the previous standards already in their stocks, with no limit on the end date.
** The fundamental risks are defined as follows: The quality and the performance of the incorporated materials (leathers, lining, soles, etc.), tearing flexing and abrasing resistance, permeability to water and vapour, upper sole grip and non-slip properties of the sole.
